The theme of the meeting was "The Battle of Lake Erie in the War of 1812".
One member had spent an afternoon sailing aboard the US Brig Niagara out of Erie, Pennsylvania.

A presentation was given on the events leading up to and including the Battle.

Various models were brought in by members.
